Airport Express offers scheduled bus transportation 365 days a year between Sonoma County and San Francisco and Oakland Airports. Pick up and drop off locations are in Petaluma, Rohnert Park, and Santa Rosa.

Sonoma County Transit is a public bus transportation system based in Sonoma County. It also operates an inter-county route to San Rafael in Marin County, providing connections to Golden Gate Transit and Marin Transit services to San Francisco and the East Bay, and within Marin County, as well as a route serving Sonoma County Airport north of Santa Rosa.
